Rafael Parra

Rafael  is a professional film and video editor, with over twenty years working in the field. Owner and senior editor of TimeLine Film & Video, Inc., a New York City post-production facility, that edits projects ranging from TV spots to documentaries, and feature-length narrative films. Rafael also teaches digital video editing at The New School University.
